As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. Responsibilities:
- Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Coordinate and plan office events, including meetings and showings
- Manage calendars for executives and schedule appointments and meetings
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members
- Serve as the main point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
- Process all residential work orders
- Write leases & assist with lease signings
- Process all incoming mail
- Show vacant properties to potential tenants (personal vehicle required)
Skills:
Experience & Qualifications:
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in various clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Excellent calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office operations and procedures
- Exceptional phone etiquette with strong communication skills
- Ability to develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Proven track record in team management and fostering a positive work environment
- Front desk experience is a plus
- Property management experience
- Microsoft office, word, excel (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work in high-stress situations

- Experience with high call volumes (required)
