Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic Recruiter ready to join our company and make an impact.
What you will do:
In this role you will be the face of our company to candidates and partner with hiring managers to make key hires across Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations and other teams.
- Consistently maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline for various positions
- Source candidates, screen resumes, and schedule and perform phone interviews with candidates
- Develop, monitor, enhance employee driven recruitment, referrals, and retention
- Develop relationships with local schools and training programs
- Write and post advertisements, utilize multiple sourcing methods for recruitment, and schedule and perform interviews
- Participate in regular team meetings to determine recruitment strategies and provide updates
- Assist with on-boarding processes, and ensure positive interview and new-hire experience for all candidates
- Performs additional duties as required
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and databases
- Ability to work independently and analyze data to solve complex problems and demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
