Manufacturing Facility in Twinsburg, Ohio, has an immediate full-time Customer Account Manager position available for a high energy, well organized, detail oriented individual. This is not a sales position. The candidate will support several departments. While this is a first shift position, the candidate must be flexible and willing to work some overtime if needed.
General Description of the job:
This individual will need to be able to multitask and coordinate many customers’ schedules/portals/hard PO’s and order parts supplied from China and Mexico partners as necessary. They will handle all aspects of the customer account including RFQs, sending quotes, ordering and purchasing parts, expediting shipments and completing the appropriate paperwork, and receipting shipments and invoicing the customer. The individual will own the relationship with the customer and will need to be able to help resolve issues as they arise. Prior customer service experience in a manufacturing company is required.
Duties and requirements for this position include:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferred
Salary position with pay determined by experience
