ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Embody HearUSA's ambition of Changing Lives through Simply Excellent Hearing Care. Partner with HCP L&D Director and other L&D managers to support HearUSA continued professional development and the HIS Apprentice Program
- Refine the Program's content and delivery to accelerate the speed with which Apprentices progress through the Program to reduce the target <10 months
- Work with HIS Apprentice Program Manager to provide the support and training to HIS Apprentices needed to accelerate their learning and to ensure delivery of HIS apprentice goals for the year
- Work with HIS Apprentice Program Manager to recruit sponsors to meet needs of current and future apprentices. Develop sponsor training and certification improve apprentice outcomes and lead to successful attainment of licenses.
- Partner with field management team and L&D coworkers to identify areas for HCP development.
- Create and deploy Learning Tracks to upskill and reskill both new and existing HCPs, as well as transitioning apprentices out of the Program.
- Remain informed of current influences on CPD, including changes in IHS and State Legislation and provide guidance and adjustments appropriately.
- Apply adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development.
- Revision and continual update of Quality Practice Guidelines (QPGs).

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-5 years experience in a client-centric, Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role.
- Experience working quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively coached and trained peers and/or students.
- Experience as an ambassador for change, pioneering for better solutions, and providing critical feedback.
- Understanding of business principals in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, some travel may be required.

Salary : $55,900 - $70,700
