Here is an exciting opportunity to support the team of Financial Advisors, Associated Advisors and Licensed Member Consultants for WSECU Investment Management and their respective members through a variety of administrative, planning, and reporting duties.

Your day may include:
- Responsible for overall performance of sales operations, delivering optimal member experience
- Demonstrating pro-active approaches to problem solving and conflict resolution for members and staff
- Actively coaching team of Advisors in moving their practice from a transactional based to Financial Planning
- Engaging with Service Delivery partners to support and grow the Investment program
- Providing Insurance and Investment coaching for Licensed Member Consultants
- Working with Management team formalize and deliver onboarding practices for new advisors and Licensed Member Consultants
- Coordinating with Broker Dealer in regards to escalated service issues
- Working with VP of Investments, actively recruit to account for team growth
- With assistance of VP of Investments, coordinating all team sales and services meetings
- Working with Management Team in developing, implementing and monitoring and an Advisor Scorecard
- Assisting Vice President of Investments and Insurance and Advisors in audit preparation and reporting in regards to broker dealer and Federal and State regulatory bodies
- Conducting all required WSECU employee performance dialogs and conversations
- Responsible for maintaining budget of Investment Sales
- Programmatic direction of investment advisor efficiency standards
- Monitoring usage in regards to member service and CRM client management entry
What you bring to the team:
- Five (5) years or more financial industry and management or leadership experience required in Investment Sales
- FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, 65 or 66 and state life and health insurance licenses
- Currently have or have the ability to obtain Series 24/26
- Satisfactory background check and clean record with securities regulations bodies
Bonus points if you have:
- A BA degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field, related experience may be substituted, year for year, for academic achievement
Competitive pay: $ DOQ, dependent on applicable qualifications
