WSP USA Inc. has a unique opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to carve out specialty expertise leading and supporting pursuits in our Northeast region as part of our Strategic Growth Team. This person can be located in one of the following offices: New York, Connecticut or Massachusetts. As an essential member of Northeast Strategic Growth Team, the person in this role will have the opportunity to build collaborative relationships with the other members of our SGT team, the region's technical experts, as well as our national business leaders.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $64,000 - $109,780
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.

- Supporting the pursuit life-cycle from lead generation and capture planning to proposal development and presentation coaching.
- Actively contributing to the development and maintenance of essential marketing data, including resumes, and project descriptions.

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing and proposal development in the AEC industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism or related field (or commensurate experience).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and demonstrated experience working with proposal layout.
- Photoshop and Illustrator experience are helpful, too, but not essential.
- Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
