WSP is currently initiating a search for a Scheduling Lead out of our Denver office. This is a hybrid role (1-2 times per week onsite).
Your Impact
- Strong collaborative scheduling, forecasting and analysis leader for assigned project controls manager.
- Responsible for developing, updating and analyzing detailed execution schedules in Primavera P6.
- Develop and implement monthly schedule updates and variance reports in accordance with Client process and procedures.
- Co-manage with the PCM key schedule activities that control the overall construction time or the critical path.
- Assess contractor monthly schedule updates and support analysis of potential delay claims and change orders.
- Identify and measure scope change impact on a project schedule(s).
- Identify and support risk mitigation plans.
- Recommend and support execution of schedule, scope change or delay solutions for the Project Team and Program Leadership.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- 10 years’ experience in developing and managing complex, multi-contractor project Schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Earned Value Management experience
- Experienced with critical path method analysis/technique with Primavera.
- Experience working with large and challenging teams.
- Assessment of contractor monthly schedule updates and supporting analysis of time delay claim
- Perform time impact analyses (TIA) and forensic delay analysis to determine the extent of the impacts of potential delays during construction
- Experience working within large and challenging Client Programs with one or more project teams.
- Effective reporting and communication skills.
- Experience in preparing high level project reports and documentation.
- Exercise responsible, ethical decision-making with Client funds and resources in accordance with WSP"s Code of Conduct.
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP"s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large and challenging teams.
- Proven experience in effectively reporting and communicating schedule variances and recommendations to wider project team .
- Experience in preparing high level project reports and documentation.

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $108,200-181,500
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position within the state of Colorado, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
