Position Overview:
The CPSG (C-Parts Solutions Global) Design Specialist is a centralized position focused on designing preliminary customer set-up within CPSG and WS1 (Wurth ERP System) thru communication with the customer to determine initial needs of customers VMI programs. The CPS Design Specialist will team with External Project Managers to drive the final CPSG design that fits the customer goals and the proposed statement of work. CPS Design Specialist will consider and use all available tools to optimize CPS programs resulting in customers having the right material at the right place, at the right time, in the right quantity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBITLIES include the following and all other duties assigned:
- Communicating to External Project Manager(s) on all ongoing projects and status
- Communicate with customer stakeholders to determine needs at plant in regards material presentation needs
- Train on uniform process for setting up CPSG programs
- Travel to customer sites to develop programs and stay available until after "go-live"
- Use of approved CPSG bin management tools to produce uniform initial set-ups
- Provide initial upload files for CPSG program
- Participate in decision making for additional bin styles and implementation set-ups
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- College degree with emphasis in finance/accounting/business preferred, or equivalent two years of industry work experience
- Ability to work with stakeholders and assess potential risks
- Ability to analyze existing tools and databases to provide software solution recommendations
- Must be adept with Smartsheet and Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and with written communications across multiple levels within the organization
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
- Fastener experience preferred
- Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Program experience preferred
- Must occasionally lift, carry or move up to 25 lbs.
- Travel is required
