Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will find and develop new markets for products produced by WW Flooring Group. To excel in this position you must be Self Motivated and results-driven.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pursue, develop, and close new customers
- Maintain new customer relationships
- Actively seek sales opportunities through market research
- Establish and execute sales strategy meeting monthly and yearly budgeted goals
- Coordinate meetings with potential customers to establish needs and opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, trade associations, etc.
- Prepare and deliver presentations
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
- Collaborate with WW Team Members to create “Win Win” solutions
- Other duties deemed necessary by board of directors
Requirements & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate comes to WW Flooring Group with business development experience in the building material product (or related) industries
· Experience in New Business Development
· Excellent customer service and sales skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Willingness to work as part of a team
· This position requires extensive travel
