What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at WW?
WW is currently hiring for an experienced Make Ready Tech. Make Ready Technicians are responsible for ensuring that all vacated Manufactured Homes are thoroughly restored to "make ready" status, preparing the home for new residents in a timely manner. They may also complete various service requests as assigned by the Property Manager. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Removing any trash/debris left behind Restoring unit to "like new" Make Ready status for new tenants Changing out light fixtures, door knobs/locks, mail box locks and mini blinds Performing basic carpentry skills, sheetrock repairs, painting, repairing laminate or ceramic tile flooring, caulking around sinks and bath tubs, resurfacing countertops and bathtubs and installing ceiling fans and appliances. Must be comfortable with cutting down branches and trees when necessary. Must be a team player and be able to work with little supervision Must be detail oriented Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 33 – 40 per week
