Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to office staff and management
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with maintaining calendars
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Skills:
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in file management and organization
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar software
- Experience operating front desk phone systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
-Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is a plus
