Summary
The Production Lead produces the highest quality and consistent products in the industry by performing all duties meticulously. Leads both kitchen and packaging production and operations when needed. Ability to open and/or close production shifts and assists with staff training. A successful candidate will have experience and enjoy a fast-paced, growing company, in an ever-changing industry. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
As a non-exempt employee, you'll receive $21.50/hr, overtime, Paid Holidays, PTO and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
