Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome to guests inside Wyndham Destinations' welcome center
- Provide recommendations to guests on local area attractions, restaurants and things to do
- Offer incentives for guests to attend a resort tour presentation
- Represent the Wyndham Destinations brand in a positive, upbeat and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by offering information and answering guest questions
- Data entry and cash handling
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- High School or Equivalent required, College Degree preferred
- Must be Positive, Upbeat and Professional at all times
- General knowledge of smart devices
