We are looking for an experienced CPG / Cannabis Sales leader to join our team. As WYNK's Vice President National Sales, you will be responsible for growing the WYNK brand and revenue through its team of processing partners. We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and strategically minded individual interested in driving top-line growth for a cannabis beverage brand that offers consumers a relaxed buzz without a hangover!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and lead execution of breakthrough sales and GTM plans that build brand equity and loyalty in collaboration with internal teams and distributors.
Work with processing partners and distributors in compliance with state regulations to increase regional and national distribution footprint.
Manage and build processing and distribution relationships and network.
Lead retail strategy, pricing, new product launches and manage field activation, distributor education, and consumer events
Responsible for top -line revenue growth and distribution expansion throughout the US.
Manage sales team P&L.
Work with marketing to analyze sales tracking, reporting, and competitor and customer insights analysis and quickly adapt strategy accordingly.
Maintaining a deep understanding of category, competitive, and consumer dynamics.
Working closely with the compliance team to navigate the highly regulated -nature of the cannabis category. VP National Sales

EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
10 years of consumer packaged goods sales experience; 3 within consumer or retail cannabis industry.
People management experience required

Knowledge of product pricing, packaging, distribution and positioning
Familiarity with state and federal cannabis laws and regulations
Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
