Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying and capturing premium resort guests both internally and externally, providing exceptional service to all Far East players international and domestic, and utilizing Salesforce to market Casino events and promotions.
Job Requirements- Candidates must have outstanding communication skills for telemarketing and greeting guests, dress professionally, and be able to occasionally travel.
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years working in a service position with casino marketing experience, and Casino Management Systems knowledge a plus.
- Must be able to work all shifts including graveyard shift (2am – 10am).
- Must speak fluent English & Mandarin Chinese.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
