**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and ensuring the facility is in optimal condition. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment - Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and systems - Repair or replace defective equipment parts - Troubleshoot issues with mechanical systems - Weld, fabricate, and maintain equipment as needed - Supervise and coordinate facilities maintenance projects - Utilize logic controllers and CMMS for maintenance tasks - Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders **Qualifications:** - Proficiency in English, both verbal and written - Mechanical knowledge and experience in maintenance operations - Ability to weld, fabricate, and maintain equipment effectively - Experience with logic controllers and CMMS software - Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting mechanical issues - Prior experience in supervising facilities maintenance projects This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be valued.
