Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure seamless processes.
- Oversee inventory management and control, including physical and logical inventory operations.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to guarantee timely delivery of products.
- Lead logistics and sustainment planning with a focus on supply chain optimization.
- Drive efficiency improvements and cost reductions by implementing and optimizing logistics processes.
- Prepare and deliver logistics-related Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items, ensuring compliance with government standards.
- Work closely with internal teams and client representatives to gather data for logistics support analysis, maintenance planning, and supply chain management.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures for handling industrial equipment.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics management: Supply chain, maintenance, or sustainment, with 5 years of demonstrated leadership in logistics and sustainment planning.
- Acquisition and procurement knowledge: Proficient in acquisition and procurement disciplines.
- Analytical skills: Strong background in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- DoD Logistics Expertise: Familiarity with IUID, GFP, GFE, BoM, and equipment disposal, along with a deep understanding of DoD Life Cycle Logistics and Supply Chain Risk Management.
- Technical proficiency: Competence in using SharePoint, MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Superior communication skills: Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
- Security clearance: Must hold a current U.S. Government SECRET clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
Desired Qualifications:
- Federal Government Experience: Understanding of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
- Training Device Development: Previous experience in developing training devices is a plus.
