As a Help Desk Technician, you excel at solving problems in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment. This role is very visible within the company where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the business. This is a part-time temporary, contract position.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Assist and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
Provide IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems
Requirements for Consideration:
1 years of prior experience
Experience installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
Good understanding of IT support ticketing systems
Strong familiarity with Network Troubleshooting
Command of Basic Troubleshooting
Basic Network Troubleshooting experience
Experience in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Understanding of basic networking concepts
Due to ITAR regulations, candidates should be US citizens or permanent residents
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: From $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Westerly, RI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
