Responsibilities:
- Manage full life cycle of the recruitment process from initial brief, candidate contact, interview cycle and offer while working seamlessly with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders by using talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence them on how to identify and acquire the best talent
- Knowledge of current market conditions and influencers, creative sourcing strategies, business drivers and ability to embrace digital tools and technology to enhance your sourcing efforts, including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within while also identifying future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers, key leadership with hiring and employment data. Develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to the talent market
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Experience leading a team (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
Additional Qualifications:
- 5 years of recruiting or equivalent sales/relationship management experience
- Presentation skills preferred
- Progressive senior level recruitment experience; preferably in IT
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, social media platforms and digital tools
- Proficient with collaboration tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint
- Proficient with:
- ATS (Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Taleo, etc.)
- Internet Recruiting and Sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Google search, GitHub, specialized career sites, etc.)
- AI tools (Gartner, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc.)
- Familiar with current laws/legal requirement concerning recruitment and employment, EEO, ADA, labor relations, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,304.00 - $106,843.00 per year
