The Job
In this role, you will engage deeply with platform customers and partners to identify market opportunities, help define and set product strategy, and break complex problems down into actionable roadmaps. Serving as the critical bridge between our technology and our customers, you will interact with nearly every part of the organization - from Sales and Services teams to Engineering, Marketing, and Design. You will have opportunities to experiment, build, fail fast and bring to the table creative ideas to help Xandr's customers. Developing innovative, industry-changing products is the heart of our business at Xandr, and this is a fantastic opportunity to join the team that sits on the front lines.

The Team
As the Director of Product Management on the Audience & Identity team, you’ll lead one of most visible and key growth areas for the company. Our Audience team works on developing capabilities that unlock the value of 1st & 3rd party data to enable relevant advertising. You will be directly interfacing with stakeholders across the technology organization - UI/UX, Data Partnerships & integrations, Data Science and Engineering as well as other product teams - to help our platform customers achieve their business outcomes in a changing identity and privacy landscape.

You Will

  • Lead the full product lifecycle for the Audience product areas, including research, scoping, prototyping, validation, commercialization, and rollout.
  • Consolidate, rationalize, and prioritize market requirements into a product roadmap to define GTM strategy and timeline for product features and enhancements.
  • Lead and coach a team of PMs of varying seniority
  • Be the subject matter expert for the Audience capability's engagement across the Digital Platform, including cross-product group dependencies for Invest, Monetize and Curate.
  • Demonstrate technical, business, and leadership responsibilities of a director-level product manager

Requirements

You Have

  • 8 years of experience in a product focused role for an enterprise technology product
  • 3 years of people management experience
  • Domain expertise and/or experience in advertising platforms preferred
  • Proven track record of managing products from ideation to launch
  • Experience working openly and collaboratively with a broad range of functions
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering teams in a highly technical environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with business and technology leaders within Xandr and at customer/partner organizations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with regularly shifting priorities
