What does a Customer Service Associate Do?

Our Customer Service Associates work with our internal teams and customers throughout the entire order cycle. You will be a key member of our Enterprise Sales Team in this entry-level sales position. In this role you with continue to benefit from continuous training; ranging from internal trainings, external, and more; your growth is endless. We set our SAs on a path to become Sales Reps with their own book of business.

Responsibilities:

  • Have continuous communication with customers, vendors, and partners via phone and email
  • Assist Enterprise Reps with clients’ needs

Order Processing related activities:

  • Following up with our warehouse fulfillment team
  • Problem-solve if problems occur with orders
  • Follow up and qualify sales leads
  • Provides quotes and product data as needed by customers
  • Supports Operations and A/R efforts

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
  • Possess the drive to assist team members with other tasks as required
  • Process-driven individuals
  • Interest in Technology is preferred

Benefits:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

  • Saint Petersburg, FL 33702: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
