What does a Customer Service Associate Do?
Our Customer Service Associates work with our internal teams and customers throughout the entire order cycle. You will be a key member of our Enterprise Sales Team in this entry-level sales position. In this role you with continue to benefit from continuous training; ranging from internal trainings, external, and more; your growth is endless. We set our SAs on a path to become Sales Reps with their own book of business.
Responsibilities:
- Have continuous communication with customers, vendors, and partners via phone and email
- Assist Enterprise Reps with clients’ needs
Order Processing related activities:
- Following up with our warehouse fulfillment team
- Problem-solve if problems occur with orders
- Follow up and qualify sales leads
- Provides quotes and product data as needed by customers
- Supports Operations and A/R efforts
Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
- Possess the drive to assist team members with other tasks as required
- Process-driven individuals
- Interest in Technology is preferred
