Registered Nurse (RN)

Xclusive Medical Staffing is currently hiring Registered Nurses for direct placement in leading hospitals across San Antonio, Texas. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in various specialties. Responsibilities:

• Apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, and technical expertise to independently deliver safe nursing care.
• Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate effective communication, confidence, and professionalism in unit and organizational activities.
• Exhibit teamwork, adaptability, and serve as a resource to the patient care team.
• Take accountability for delivering quality nursing care services and promoting a positive image of nursing.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred) and/or certification in your specialty area is highly valued.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed Registered Nurse
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
