Xclusive Services is currently seeking an Area Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of all assigned accounts in assigned market.
· Interviewing, hiring, and training company employees
· Strategically and consistently schedule service staff based on client orders
· Manage large groups of employees for placement in multiple locations
· Manage timekeeping systems and to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with company policies and deadlines
· Conduct ongoing training for employees
· Build and maintain relationships with clients in all departments

Requirements:
· Must be able to travel locally to various accounts
· Must be able to work outside of normal working hours including (AM/PM shifts, weekends, holidays, etc)
