This is a 100% remote role and will always be remote.
Must be located in either EST or CST time zones.
The Recruiting Partner is responsible for driving Xelerate’s success. With a consultative approach, this successful individual is accountable for helping to delivering end-to-end customized recruiting solutions. This role requires strong leadership, analysis and recruiting skills. This position drives sourcing for key talent segments and will interface with business leaders to align recruitment to the client’s business objectives and deliver results. This position will also provide market intelligence to drive key talent outcomes. Reporting directly to our Customer Success Managers and supported with other Senior Talent Acquisition Partners, you will be working in a team environment to solve complex business problems while providing our clients the top talent they need to be successful.

What you’ll do:
- Deliver services from our office to various clients nationwide
- Manage to meet recruiting metrics to continuously improve recruitment initiatives
- Ensure a smooth and efficient talent assessment process for clients and candidates
- Implement and manage an effective sourcing strategy focused on attracting passive and active candidates, including but not limited to: online recruiting, social media, college, and association recruiting
- Screen candidates using proven behavioral based interviewing techniques
- Recruitment Administration
- Collaborate with a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner(s) and Hiring Managers to assess the quality of candidates
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the recruiting process and make recommendations to clients
- Direct Sourcers as assigned to the team
What you’ll need:
- You will need to be located in Eastern or Central Time Zones
- Have agency or RPO recruiting experience; or experience working in a high volume, fast paced recruiting environment
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience sourcing, assessing and recruiting candidates at all levels of an organization and within specific functional areas and industries (i.e.: IT, Finance, HR, operations, manufacturing, retail/hospitality)
- Experience with end-to-end recruiting processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Dynamic interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- Demonstrated ability to attract top talent and fill positions with quality candidates
- Ability to work within aggressive timeframes
- Ability to develop successful working relationships with all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated experience developing and reporting on data and experience with data analysis
- Strong command of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
