What is a Development Team Lead at Xero?   You will be responsible for growing and supporting the careers of engineers working on the Xero's technology, supporting technical leadership in growing their technical practices and standards. Your job, along with your Development Team Lead peer, is to build a cohesive thought-leading engineering community which rapidly delivers value to our customers and continually improves.  Technical excellence will be part of your DNA.  You can drive change at scale and you challenge the status to help Xero achieve its goals.   How you'll make an impact   You are a leader at the intersection of product and engineering management.
