Scope:
The work undertaken by the role holder is completed in line with the Service Level Agreements and contractual requirements relevant to the customer in the provision of a Document Design, Print, and Finishing Service.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage workflow, ensuring the incoming data is processed and entered into the production tracking system properly
- Maintain excellent customer and supplier relationships by keeping in constant contact with the customers to ensure SLAs and production targets
- Work with the printing and inserting team to ensure that production is meeting customer SLAs
- Write and maintain documentation of processes to help the everyday production
- Assist SDM and customers in gaining new business and contracts
- Identify development opportunities and assist in the identification of potential areas for process improvement
- Perform monthly stock take duties and maintain accurate asset logs using appropriate recording methods
- Report production numbers to the SDM in support of billing
- This is a senior-level job with extensive work experience
- Has developed expertise in a variety of work processes through job-related training
- Generates new and innovative solutions to complex problems and proposes improvements to processes
- Analyzes complex technical problems and delivers solutions where precedent may not exist
- Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
- Ability to manage and prioritize workloads to meet contractual timeliness requirements
- Proven ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities
- May provide immediate direction to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules
