C2, A Xerox Business Solutions Company, is now hiring for a Sales Support Representative who will be responsible for generating customer proposals, quotes, deal registrations, managing customer renewals, interfacing with vendor partners and inputting data into our CRM system, as well as collaborating with our marketing team. The office is located in Colchester, Vermont, however the candidate will be able to enjoy a hybrid home/work environment with the opportunity for growth into territory outside sales.
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with Senior Account Executives to provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Generate customer-facing quotes using quoting tool
- Manage customer hardware and software support renewals
- Register and maintain opportunities with channel partners
- Manage opportunities and contacts within CRM
- Track and communicate order status with clients
- Participate in sales, business and technical training courses to increase awareness of our channel partners’ solutions
- Understand a wide range of hardware and software product solutions and technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel
- Passion for relationship building with strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work independently
- Creative and solution-seeking with natural curiosity and passion for personal and professional growth
- 2 years’ experience in customer service or sales; infrastructure-related sales a bonus
- Enterprise IT network and infrastructure design and product knowledge familiarity or an aptitude to quickly ramp up on product hardware and software solutions also a bonus
