Purpose:

Capitol Office Solutions, A Xerox Company, is hiring a Sales Support Specialist for our Sales Group who will be responsible for supporting the sales / professional services organizations and support functions, through data gathering, analysis and process coordination.  This individual will take lead on Project Management with customer on boarding within select accounts.  Works with Sales in the development of Customer Business Reviews and the data analytics in support. Will be aligned with Strategic Account Executives in key accounts to support ongoing projects.  Works with the VP of Sales to accomplish daily administrative tasks and work.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works with Strategic Sales Executives to assist with customer related administrative tasks, including but not limited to Project Management, Presentation development, data analytics, customer issue and inquiry resolution.
  • Utilizes Office 365 (primarily Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams) and Google Docs to accomplish daily tasks.
  • Utilizes company applications to accomplish daily work, including but not limited to: Salesforce, E-Auto (training will be provided).
  • Assists with the generation and preparation of Monthly and Quarterly reports for key accounts.
  • Works on special projects as assigned, to enable the success and assist the Sales team.
  • Works with the leadership team to provide feedback, the sharing of best practices, and process improvement opportunities related to the tasks and work for the Sales team.
  • Works with Logistics team on allocating appropriate IT resources for customer installations

  • Gathers and analyzes information skillfully develops alternative solutions.

  • Assesses own strengths and weaknesses pursues training and development opportunities strives to continuously build knowledge and skills shares expertise with other.
