What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support/Site Coordinator position at XFORIA Inc?
1)Onsite coordination (during Hyper care) between users and service desk/field agents to identify, prioritize and follow up on issues to support users with desktop/laptop/network access and connectivity issues, login (SSO) issues, kiosk connectivity issues, WiFi connectivity issues, etc. Manage and monitor critical issues raised by users at the site level and escalate to the right stakeholders (including IT command center) to ensure a speedy resolution. Provide daily reporting stats for issue queue, and review data in ServiceNow as required.
2) Typical experience (in years) - 3-5 years
3) Skills - Knowledge/understanding of typical desktop support issues, knowledge of service management process, reporting and communication skills
