Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing and be able to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive the growth of our product market share and brand awareness.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase the market share and brand awareness of the company's products.

2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis, collect and analyze market data to support company decision-making.

3. Manage the company's marketing team, supervise team members' work, and develop the team's work plans and objectives.

4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, promote sales and business development.

5. Plan and organize various marketing activities, such as exhibitions, product launches, etc., to enhance brand image and product awareness.

6. Track market dynamics and trends, adjust marketing strategies in a timely manner to maintain a competitive advantage.

7. Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with at least 3 years of marketing experience preferred.

8. Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and leadership ability.

9. Familiarity with marketing tools and techniques such as market research, data analysis, social media marketing, etc.

10. Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, able to work effectively under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,867.02 - $78,119.42 per year
