XL Event Lab requires an experienced, skilled Human Resources & Recruitment Manager for a full-time position starting in April 2022. This is an office role, working at our downtown Orlando FL location.
Successful applicants will join a team of event professionals and support staff who will be involved with hiring, training and supporting our team as they ensure the successful delivery of our various event productions. We are seeking someone with excellent interpersonal skills, extensive knowledge of the laws and regulations involved with all Human Resources (HR)-related duties, and has a passion for fostering a thriving working environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day functions involved with Human Resources tasks
- Implement and maintain policies and processes to support positive workplace relationships
- Manage and monitor performance and productivity
- Assist in creating and carrying out improvements to company policies and procedures
- Handling staff disciplinary- and termination-related tasks
- Coordinate and provide training and support
- Manage recruitment, screening and assessment of candidates

- 3 years Human Resources experience required
- Experience with all aspects of recruitment
