About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team on all things: full-cycle recruitment efforts, methods and strategies. You will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment efforts, using data insights to track recruiting effectiveness, and communication between candidates and the hiring manager to deliver a successful interview experience for all parties involved. This role works collaboratively with management to fulfill talent needs and aid in administrative support to find, attract and hire new talent to fill open positions and meet the organization's workforce needs and goals.
Responsibilities
- Book virtual and onsite interviews, including those that involve travel for in-person interviews, including flights, hotel, and car rental or rideshare accommodations
- Act as the primary point-of-contact on interview days for both the candidate and interviewers; professionally and efficiently handling either virtually or in person
- Aid in data gathering for recruiting metrics to support talent acquisition team in analyzing recruitment effectiveness that will help drive strategic solutions
- Onboard new hires, sending welcome emails once new hire has accepted offer of employment, ensuring that onboarding process is complete before employee’s first day
- Oversee onboarding operations, ensuring that
- employee information is accurate and complete, IT equipment, seating and swag
- bags are prepared for employees’ arrival at HQ (same for remote)
- Ensure full cycle recruitment policies and procedures are followed by all functional leaders and hiring managers to avoid gaps in talent acquisition process
- Serve as a resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to Managers, People Operations / Recruiting, IT, and others as needed
- Support Recruiters with admin or operational duties as assigned, including but not limited to screening, preparing offer letters, relocation agreements, and job descriptions
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to improve the candidate experience and the overall recruiting process
- Assist with timely and accurate completion of data to all applicant tracking systems and documents
Qualifications
- 1 years of professional experience in an administrative, human resources or fast paced environment (startup experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field highly preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred), Google Workspace, and human resources information systems is strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple on-going projects simultaneously, be flexible to change and adapt to shifting priorities
- Self-directed, detail oriented, solution oriented, with a strong passion to contribute to the team’s success
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and develop positive relationships with hiring managers, executives and employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
- Creative, process driven, consistently looking for ways to make things work more effectively
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and diplomacy
