SUMMARY
XPEL is looking for a Regional Store Manager to oversee daily operation of our 7 US Corporate Stores; San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, Scottsdale, and Boise.
DUTIES
- Oversee and manage the 7 Store Managers and their respective locations including recruiting, training, & disciplining
**The number of stores managed can be changed at any time by Company Management and the comp plan adjusted accordingly
- Develop training documents and processes for the Store Operations, including for the Store Manager, Service Coordinators, Install Technicians, and ISTs
· Monitor each Store's P&L reports
· Meet or exceed both revenue and gross profit objectives outlined by management, while maintaining competitive pricing in the marketplace
· Identify growth opportunities within the Store Operations to increase revenues and margins
· Coordinate with the Regional Sales Managers to implement sales and dealerships strategies at the Stores
· Coordinate shared labor between the Stores as well as with the Field Operations unit
· Ensure that customer service levels are consistent across stores
· Ensure adherence to all safety, worker’s compensation, and casualty programs and processes
· Any other duties as assigned by Company Management
REQUIREMENTS
· At least 3 years previous leadership/management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in the automotive industry
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
· High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task to complete responsibilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
