As the Community Manager, you will report into the Director of Community.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting all Mariana Tek community efforts both in real life and virtually across North America
- Creating, managing and cultivating both current Mariana Tek client relationships as well as potential prospects
- Developing and maintaining our client referral, retention, and partnership programs
- Curate content with a storytelling perspective from our Mariana Tek Community to power our narrative
- Guide and inform our social strategy to amplify client successes
- Increase of both Mariana Tek brand resonance and brand awareness
- The base salary pay range for this position is $76,000 - $90,000 USD.
- May be considered for a discretionary bonus.
Qualifications
- Has 5 years of experience in the health and fitness industry or in Health and Fitness adjacent industry.
- High level of integrity and organizational responsibility
- Strong connection to the Xplor Mission and Core Values
- Relationship Management: Possesses ability to create, deepen and nurture relationships.
- Strong communication skills: Expert listener and intentional speaker
- Event and Experience Management: Ability to create and manage both large and small events and experiences (IRL & Virtual)
- Strong content curation skills
- Possesses social media proficiency and can execute on the Mariana Tek social media strategy
- Possesses strong collaboration skills, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
