About the opportunity
Location: Flexible to other locations in the US (remote)
At Xplor the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team is a strategic function responsible for helping others reach their full potential by connecting them to the right opportunities. We are a team of talent professionals who above all else are ambassadors of our culture, ensuring we’re building diverse teams of talented people that align with our values.
You’ll focus on resourcing primarily positions in North America by providing a proactive and flexible partnership to our managers, candidates and stakeholders. You’ll be part of our exciting journey for the business as we continue to grow globally and will be a key part in making our growth happen successfully.
Some of the other responsibilities you’ll have:
- Execution of full life cycle recruiting of varying entry to mid-level positions across the company
- An opportunity to be creative, in partnership with Hiring Managers, drafting engaging job advertisements and creating outreach across multiple job boards and social media platforms to enable us to effectively reach top talent
- Identify, engage and attract candidates through a wide range of search or sourcing techniques
- Pre-screen, interview and assess candidates for suitability against the role and our values
- Co-ordinate and deliver interviews with hiring managers that help evaluate talent and engage talent as they continue through the recruiting process
- Consult and partner with hiring managers and other partners to recommend starting salary and other compensation factors
- Manage and deliver volume hire assessment centres including in-house and virtual assessment activity
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing regular status updates
- Collaborate with the larger Talent Acquisition team to manage an effective end to end global recruitment process
- Collaborate and partner with the broader People (HR) team
- Manage expectations with key stakeholders
- Help drive and execute our Inclusion and Diversity strategies
Qualifications
What would make me a good candidate?
- 2 years of experience with recruiting, either in-house or agency recruitment environment
- Experience assisting hiring managers in defining and validating key position requirements and sourcing strategies
- Experience or ability to evaluate factors as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and values to determine fit for the job and overall organization
- Ability to proactively source and identify passive talent
- Excellent IT skills, ideally with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
- Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
- Ability to work in a team where you manage your own time and priorities
- Motivated by a fast-paced environment
