Overview of the role
As the Salesforce Dev Lead, you will be an integral part of our Client Information Systems technology team and will be leading to continually improve and enhance our multi-org Salesforce platform, designing solutions for scale and optimized user experience, partnering with global SFDC admins, devs, and consultants to document technical designs, hands-on develop integrations, and own the global Salesforce operational processes encompassing COE, SDLC, Scaled Agile, Release management, and CI/CD.
We are looking for a SFDC trailblazer who is humble, innovative, deep understanding for multi-org SFDC platform in B2B business model, SFDC vendor landscape, and is excited to continuously learn.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Partner with global SFDC admin, devs, and consultants to implement best practices including but not limited to solutioning cadence, solution documentation, solution approval, development, configuration, integrations, CI/CD
- Translates features, high level & low-level solutions, user stories, and user stories into development tasks for Admins, and devs
- Owner for implementing multi-org SFDC platform operational processes including but not limited to SDLC, Scaled Agile, Release management, CI/CD.
- Gather system requirements, conduct analysis, coordinate the design of solutions and establish metric for success
- Ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, timely, and thorough solutions to customer problems
- Determine the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all development
- Own the support and solutioning related to users, license management, SSO, onboarding, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- Salesforce Development – API Integrations, APEX, LWC, Aura components, JSON
- Provide pros and cons of choosing a specific technical design and gather input from global SFDC team
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers including not limited to Conga, Docusign, Adobe, Hubspot, Salesloft
Experience: 5 years of experience developing in Salesforce- Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App builder, Platform 1, Platform II, Omni Studio Developer)
