As an Inside Sales Account Executive you will play an instrumental role in the continued growth of an industry leader in the transportation world. This position will provide the right candidate with the tools and sales knowledge to effectively grow a territory of accounts as well as identify potential clients and provide customized solutions for their business needs. Responsibilities:
What you’ll be doing at XGS...
- Uncover sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calling
- Develop and utilize sales strategies to draw in potential customers
- Maintain a regional territory and book of customers and meet growth objectives within the account base
- Create business relationships with customers identifying their potential needs, interests, and viability to drive sales
- Perform follow-up calls with customers who have expressed interest
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure all goals and targets are met
- Research accounts, identify key figures, and generate interest in our Company
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned region
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
What is XGS looking for?
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is preferred
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Team player mentality with a can-do attitude
- Strong phone presence
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Computer literate w/ MS Office and (CRM experience a plus)
- College degree preferred but not required
