Job Summary
The individual will work within a team environment to support our administration team in sales proposals, customer relationship management, and internal tracking of services, among other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented, organized, self-sufficient, and reliable. They will work closely with the operations and the sales director to fulfill company needs.
Customer quoting and licensing
- Work with the tech team on preparing quotes for customer needs
- Document licensing orders for billing purposes
- Delivery of quotes to customers and field questions
- Server as Liaison between customer and technical team for customer orders
- Detailed tracking of process and status of tasks
- Maintain documentation for customer subscription services
- Verification of invoices when ordering products for accuracy
- Documentation of new sales offerings and pricing
Sales associate responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Sales with meetings, customer presentations, generating proposals, and miscellaneous items during the sales process
- Document, present, and update proposals for customer delivery
- Assist with organization and management of sales system (ie Hubspot)
- Generate proposals for customer presentations
- Track closing of the proposals and update systems
- Files documents in appropriate locations as outlined
- Generate customer reports at end of the month and for quarterly reviews
Miscellaneous duties and expectations
- Daily hour entry into the time-tracking system
- Maintain updates on assigned items
- Maintain timely communication with our team and customers
- Available and responsive during normal business hours
- Able to respond to emergent requests via appropriate channels outside normal business hours
