Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning and Execution: Develop and execute innovative offline events such as trade shows, user engagement events, and product launches, based on the brand's annual event strategy. Ensure that each event is creatively unique, content-rich, and achieves maximum impact and objectives.
- Manage Event ROI: Oversee the return on investment (ROI) for events from planning through execution. Monitor and control budgets to ensure financial efficiency and effectiveness, taking responsibility for the overall outcomes and success of the events.
- Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC): Implement an integrated marketing strategy to manage pre-event, in-event, and post-event promotion. Work closely with the internal marketing team to optimize both online and offline event visibility and effectiveness.
- Post-Event Analysis: Conduct thorough post-event reviews to evaluate performance. Use insights gained to provide actionable recommendations for future event planning and execution.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years specializing in planning and executing offline events.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing various types of offline events such as trade shows, user meetups, product launches, product experience events, and media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of event planning, coordination, Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), and all associated processes and techniques. Proven ability to independently manage and execute large-scale events.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively and manage unexpected situations effectively.
