About this role:

Xtreme Clean is on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our Traverse City crew! In this position, you will uphold the core values of Xtreme Clean by ensuring the daily upkeep, maintenance, and organization of your designated wash location. You will work hand-in-hand with management to guarantee that the assigned wash site meets the utmost standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

The roles and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Resetting machines as needed
• Weekly Deep Cleaning of wash bays
• Customer Service
• Cleaning and maintaining grounds / equipment
• Light maintenance of car wash equipment
• Variety of tasks depending on the day

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Access to reliable transportation (no public transportation please)
• Ability to be in close proximity to chemicals.
• Ability to work directly with chemicals.
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
• Must pass a drug test prior to and during employment
• Able to pass a background check
• Weekend Availability (Weekends are required for this position)
• Willingness and availability to work during the early morning, late evening, overnight (Deep Cleaning times are based on wash volume and may need to be delayed during the shift time)

Pay:

Starting at: $15/hr.

Schedule:

• Typically 20 Hours Per Week
• 4 – 8 Hours per shift
• Early Mornings/Late Evenings (Overnights and Day shifts as needed based on wash volume)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Single location (Indoors and Outdoors)
