What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Office Assistant position at Y.CO?

As Office Support for Y.CO Fort Lauderdale, you will be dedicated to representing Y.CO at its best by providing a consistently professional service to guests and team members alike. You will provide administrative support to the US Yacht Management team, including preparing Client payments and printing vessel manuals and documentation. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating all general office administration as well as keeping premises to an immaculate standard.

Qualifications

  • Proficient use of administrative tools such as Microsoft Excel and Office
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
