Scrum Master I I
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to oversee and guide scrum teams. The Scrum Master's responsibilities include:
- the ability to facilitate learning by designing and leading workshops
- inspiring personal and professional growth by helping those being coached to identify and think through issues self-sufficiently
- Ensuring that development teams follow Scrum framework values and agile practices.
- Mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes.
- Facilitating meetings and decision-making processes.
- Eliminating team impediments.
To be successful as a Scrum Master, you should have:
- minimum of 5 years of experience working with software development teams, with at least 3 years as Scrum Master for a software development team using Agile/Scrum/Kanban principles and practices
- a firm grasp of agile methods and the ability to manage and mentor development teams effectively
- excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills
