What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead position at Yachiyo?
Yachiyo is a Tier One supplier of Sunroofs and Fuel Tanks to the Automotive industry, and we are growing!
2nd Shift: 2PM - finish (production typically runs 10-12 hours)
Pay Rate: $22.25 to start, with pay increases to $24.05
Job Duties Include:
- Leading and working with a small team to meet production and delivery goals
- Completing pre-shift checks and post-shift break down and reporting
Requirements Include:
- Manufacturing experience
- Leadership experience (Team Lead or similar role in a manufacturing environment)
- Physical ability to stand entire shift, bend at waist and knees, and perform moderate lifting throughout shift
- Forklift experience is a plus
