Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop commercial insurance opportunities through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and support.
  • Monitor key metrics, ensuring sales targets are met, and document sales activities promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members, provide expertise, and actively participate in meetings.
  • Support client renewals and retention efforts, ensuring continued satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry updates, products, legislation, and technology to enhance knowledge and performance.
  • Review client audits, facilitate corrections, and manage A/R and billing.


Qualifications:

  • State-required insurance license and a minimum of two years commercial lines insurance account management experience.
  • Profound knowledge of insurance products, underwriting procedures, and industry operations.
  • Customer-focused, with strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational prowess, capable of independently tackling challenging tasks. Exhibit sound business judgment, robust decision-making abilities, and excel in both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, thrive in a team environment, and proficient in agency management systems and technology.
