Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Servers. Servers play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Upsell menu items and specials to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience with Toast is a plus
- Experience with in Up-scale dining is a plus
