Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate and oversee office events, including meetings, conferences, and trainings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage office schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate record keeping
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
- Oversee training and development programs for staff members
- Maintain phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is followed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, troubleshoot issues as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with event planning is a plus
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Knowledge of payroll processes is preferred
- Familiarity with training development is a plus
