About the Role:
Yardi is currently looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to become part of our vibrant West Coast team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive Self Storage Suite of products, catering to the needs of the self-storage industry.
Who You Are:
- Engage in both inside and outside sales activities to target potential clients within the self-storage sector.
- Showcase the unique features and benefits of Yardi's Self Storage Suite to prospective customers.
- Conduct virtual online demonstrations for clients and prospects.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic plans to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitive products to position Yardi's offerings effectively.
What You'll Do:
- Demonstrated success in sales, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in the self-storage industry.
- Proficiency in ERP and SaaS sales, showcasing a strong background in selling software solutions.
- Knowledgeable about the Real Estate, Property Management, and Self-Storage sectors, providing valuable insights into these industries.
- Enthusiastic about prospecting and adept at navigating the sales process to successfully close deals.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to engage and persuade potential clients with confidence.
- Possesses a goal-oriented mindset, excelling in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Self-motivated, driven by ambition, and capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
