esponsibilities: M
anage all aspects of a commercial landscape maintenance portfolio, including customer service ideals, enhancement sales, and quality and production expectations. Anticipate customer problems and concerns and take action to meet and exceed customer expectations
B
uild and maintain proactive communication and positive business relationships with residential and commercial clients, property managers, HOAs and other stakeholders
W
ork collaboratively with peer managers on various projects
M
anage quality control of the portfolio to include assisting with property evaluations and client meetings to asses needs and client satisfaction; troubleshoot problems when necessary
R
esponsible for financial management and profitability goals of department: Interpretation and management of job cost reports, capital expenditures, and small tool budgets
P
roactively conduct property evaluations and client meetings to assess needs and client satisfaction; troubleshoot problems when necessary. Attend board meetings when requested
E
ffectively manage the activities of maintenance crews of 3-5 employees; communicate with Crew Leaders on a daily basis to ensure work schedules are adhered to in a safe and efficient manner, and ensure employee time is reported accurately
P
rovide supervision and develop employees through positive interactions, giving feedback and providing on-the-job training
C
oordinate associated equipment, manpower, and procure necessary materials
E
ngage in on-the-job and cross-training with colleagues of other Yard-Nique divisions and departments
E
stablish and maintain safety and security at jobsites for all employees and customers
P
osition Requirements:

ffectively coach and manage employees on a daily basis

asic knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, plant identification and irrigation techniques preferred
A
bility to build positive relationships with customers and employees at all levels in the organization
A
daptability and sound judgment when faced with multiple competing priorities

asic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
B
asic Qualifications: A
S or BS degree in Horticulture, Construction, or related field, preferred
M
inimum 3-5 years related experience
A
bility to work with minimal supervision
