ob Summary T
he Branch Manager (BM) is a leadership position within the organization. The BM is responsible for the overall financial performance and field operations at their assigned location. They will ensure that their branch operates in accordance with the Yardnique customer service ideals, quality standards, and contract protocol.
R
esponsibilities W
- ork directly with the District Manager to ensure that all objectives for the branch are being measured, tracked, and obtained based on the overall goals of the company. O
- btain an in-depth understanding of the annual budget for the branch so you can make the appropriate business decisions daily. You will be required to attend the monthly end of month P&L reviews with the corporate leadership team to discuss the branch’s overall performance and make any adjustments needed after that to hit the branch’s yearly goal. - evelop proficiency in Aspire so you can monitor your branch’s overall performance measures daily and make adjustments/corrections with your team as needed. A
- ttending monthly landscape committee/board meetings with your account management team as needed to ensure you have a good understanding of where we are at with client satisfaction/retention. The retention goal for the branch will be 92% or higher. M
- ake sure production team is hitting the seasonal goals for our clients per their approved scope of work/contracts (pruning, spray/spread, irrigation inspections/audits, etc…) W
- ork with the regional Aspire manager to ensure that all new crew leaders and managers have received the appropriate Aspire training within 30 days of hire. M
- onitor the approved staffing plan for your branch weekly and work with HR and your regional admin team to make sure we are always staying ahead of the curve with local workers, h2b applications, and temporary workers. A
- ssign leadership responsibilities within the branch to Production Managers to help oversee and facilitate the branch safety training program and fleet management tasks. C
- ontinue to build relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure we are receiving consistent pricing and monitor their performance so our team can deliver the best results to our clients.

- ighschool Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred 5
- years of experience in a similar role E
- xperience with ERP software E
- xperience with implementation and training employees P
- roven track record delivering projects on time and on budget while achieving performance milestones. P
- roficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word E
- xperience with developing SOP P rocess design & documentation skills
