Immigration Attorney

Position:

Yarra Law Group, the San Joaquin Valley's largest immigration law firm, is currently seeks a full-time associate attorney licensed anywhere in the United States. As we continue to grow and expand our practice, we are now seeking an Associate Attorney with 0 to 3 years of Immigration experience.

As an Associate Attorney, the candidate will participate in all aspects of our immigration practice, including assisting in the management of and preparation of applications and supporting documents for family-based, employment-based, removal defense, and other immigration matters. Communicate with clients and government agencies regarding procedural and case processing issues.

Skills & Experience:

• Spanish speaking required.
• Good Standing member of any State Bar with the United States.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Commitment to proactive case management.

A moving allowance will be provided for out of state candidates as part of offer of employment.
